Automatic mask for welding with solar power screen. You don't need batteries for operation. Avoid welding splashes, in summer it is not hot and in winter there is no fog of water in the lens due to breathing. This welding helmet is suitable for high welding operation temperatures. The mask contains a glass with sun protection that can be used for longer, and solar energy is ecological and economical. The adjustable head belt provides a comfortable and non-slip adjustment while leaving users with hands free to work.

Mask designed to offer maximum protection against the risks of welding with voltaic arch in general.

Characteristics

· Protects the eyes and faces of sparks, splashes and harmful radiation in normal welding conditions.

· The eye filter is automatically activated in dark vision.

· Electronic filters are obscure by themselves by detecting the light detached by the welding process. By stopping the electric arc, these filters are clarified by themselves, allowing to continue working without the need to lift the mask.

· Darkness levels from 9 to 13, regulated by external potentiometer.

· Special filters provide maximum permanent protection against UV and IR radiation.

· High protection against the projections of sparks and heat. Suitable for jobs in different positions due to the design of the head screen.

· Adjustable head harness.

· Allows free hands during welding processes. Eliminates nuke discomfort allowing a comfortable job.

· Excellent vision through the eye filter that allows to position the electrode accurately.

Applications

· It protects against optical radiation and other risks derived from the usual welding, cutting and similar techniques.

· SMAW - Arch welding with electrode. MIG/MAG - Weld with semi-automatic thread. TIG, GTAW - Welding with tungsten. PAW - Plasma welding. PAC - Plasma cut. SAW - Submerged bow welding.

· Try to keep the screen in contact with light.

· Do not save for long time in box or closet as you can unpreparably download the battery from the photochromatic plate.
