Shipping and delivery times

Sekureco Spain, S.L. it's a dropshipping company that connects customers with manufacturers, so we don't have our own stock and we manage shipments from manufacturer to customer. The average delivery time is between 1 and 7 working days. The above calculation excludes weekends and local and national holidays.

Although in certain references, for stock reasons, it can be extended between 7 and 15 working days, anywhere in Spain (peninsula), for other areas consult. This will be so as long as there is no shortage of stock in our warehouses or in the manufacturer's own warehouses. If this occurs, sekureco.eu will notify the customer within 24 hours at the latest, and if possible will provide alternatives and, if the customer is not interested in the alternatives, may cancel the order without any penalty.

For personalised or bi-color clothing e.g. from VELILLA the estimated delivery time can be approximately 15 days. This estimate may increase during the month of August, festivities or incidents outside the workshops. Please contact our customer service.

For order preparation and parcel collection by the transport agency, orders received after 12.00 will be processed the following day (Saturdays, Sundays and local and national holidays excluded)

Home delivery in Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

The cost of transport to the Canary Islands is 25€. Ports paid from €800.

The cost of transport to Ceuta and Melilla is 35€. Ports paid from €800.

Approximate delivery time to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 8 to 10 working days.

Sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will not be subject to VAT (21%), but the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of his order since, in the case of the Canary Islands for example, it depends on the "I.G.C" and "Canary Islands Customs". INITIATIVELY, and in no case on a fixed basis, they usually charge EUR 25 for Import Duties and Customs Administrative Papers, in addition to the percentage corresponding to I.G.I.C. Canary.
