Shipping and delivery times

Sekureco Hispania, S.L. is a dropshipping company that connects customers with manufacturers, meaning we do not have our own stock and manage shipments from the manufacturer to the customer. Therefore, if you want to know the stock of the products, it is necessary to contact us via email at info@sekureco.eu, or through the contact form or by phone at +34 876 430 124.

The average delivery time is between 1 and 7 business days. The previous calculation does not take into account weekends and local and national holidays.

Although for certain items, due to stock reasons, it may extend between 7 and 15 business days to any point in Spain (mainland), for other areas please inquire. This will be the case as long as there is no stock break in our warehouses or in the manufacturer's warehouses. If this occurs, sekureco.eu will notify the customer within a maximum of 24 hours, and if possible, will provide alternatives, and if the alternatives are not of interest to the customer, they may cancel the order without any penalty.

For personalized or bicolor garments, for example from VELILLA, the estimated delivery time may be approximately 15 days. This estimate may increase during the month of August, holidays, or incidents external to the workshops. Please contact our Customer Service.

Due to order preparation and package pickup by the transport agency, orders arriving after 12:00 PM will be considered as from the next day (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and local and national holidays).

Home Delivery in Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)

The transportation cost to the Canary Islands is €25. Free shipping from €800.

The transportation cost to Ceuta and Melilla is €35. Free shipping from €800.

The approximate delivery time to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is 8 to 10 business days.

In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, VAT (21%) will not be charged; however, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receiving their order since, in the case of the Canary Islands, for example, it depends on the "I.G.C" and "Canary customs." As a GUIDELINE, and in no case with fixed character, they usually charge €25 for Import Rights and Administrative Customs Papers, in addition to the corresponding percentage of the I.G.I.C. Canary tax. (We are not responsible for possible variations made by customs without prior notice).

In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

On significant dates such as Christmas, Kings, and special bridges, we do not guarantee that delivery will be made on time due to the volume of merchandise from transport agencies.

SEKURECO HISPANIA, S.L. reserves the right to modify delivery times and shipping types without prior notice in the case of large orders or special cases.
