Individual Exchanges and Returns

Our Customer Service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (Offering our customers a period equal to the legal period of 14 days according to articles 102 and 104, of R.D.L. 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

You must fill in the return form that you can download here: withdrawal form.

You have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use, otherwise the return will not be accepted. The return shipment to our warehouse is at the customer's expense (we do not accept freight forwards).

It is very important that you return the perfectly packaged product(s) to us. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

We will not be able to accept returns of damaged or used products beyond the mere verification of the product, and it is always recommended to keep their original packaging for the exchange or return, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Returns of clothing or garments with odors, rubbing, stains, wear and tear (tobacco, etc...) will not be accepted.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, the product will sekureco.eu returned and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made, and if applicable, the new product will be shipped:

  • If you paid by credit card, you will be credited to the same credit card.
  • If you made the payment through PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
  • If you made the payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, you will have to provide us with an account number where the amount can be paid.

Note: You will receive a refund within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the exchange or return product in our warehouse. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, your bank probably won't show you the refund amount on your balance until the following month.

To return a product you must contact us via email info@sekureco.eu.

Please note that sekureco.eu does not accept shipments with freight due, if you have any questions please contact Customer Service.

Under no circumstances will we accept the return of products on request and/or products out of the catalogue and/or personalised products (two-colour, screen printed, vinyl, etc...)

The company will endeavour to ensure that the descriptions, illustrations and information are accurate, but does not guarantee that there may be any future changes or differences (no claims for this reason, nor exchanges and/or returns of orders).

Compliance with these requirements is important in order to be able to offer a better service to all SEKURECO customers.

CHANGE OF SIZE OR MODEL

If you need another size or model, you just have to request a return through the info@sekureco.eu mail or through the contact form and place a new order with the size or model you need. These are two independent processes.

GUARANTEE

SEKURECO HISPANIA, S.L. offers its customers the legal warranty for new items, in addition to SEKURECO HISPANIA's customers, S.L. benefit from the commercial warranty given by the different manufacturers of each of the items, in cases where it is for a longer period.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the same are not included in this warranty.

Impairments in the functionality of the items, due to limitations in the design of the items, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

The repair, payment or replacement will be carried out within a maximum period of 3 months. In the event that it is technically impossible to determine in our after-sales service whether a defect or defect is due to manufacturing or incorrect use of the articles that we are not manufacturers, the item will be sent to the manufacturer, so that its Technical Assistance Service (SAT) can determine the cause of the damage and determine whether or not the warranty coverage is appropriate.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN PRODUCT

We are sorry that you have not received your order in perfect condition, it is possible that the product arrived this way from the factory or may have been damaged during transport.

To help you, contact us requesting a refund through the info@sekureco.eu email or through the contact form indicating this reason. To speed up the process, you must indicate/attach:

  • Reference of the product and damage it suffers.
  • Order number
  • Photograph of the damage, as well as an image of the costume cover or barcode.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve it.

If the refund is applicable, we will refund the full amount paid for this item without incurring a return cost, or, if we have availability, we will deliver a new product to you. You have 24 hours from when you received the order to make this claim.

** Important: It is mandatory to notify us of the defect of the product and your intention to return it before resending the goods to us. Failure to do so may result in a denial of a refund.

** Important: If a customer refuses to deliver an order to the shipping agency, the costs associated with the transport will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS BY SUPPLIER

KEMPER

This manufacturer accepts returns according to guidelines. For the return of material we must proceed as follows:

-Kemper takes care of arranging the pick-up with your transport,

this service has a charge of EUR 50.00 + VAT.

- Once the material has been received at the factory, after control and restorage, they will proceed to pay for the returned material, deducting 30% of the total invoiced value as a return penalty.

Under no circumstances will the return of products under offer and/or OUTLET be accepted, products with a discount or at a price lower than that indicated on the website, products on request and/or products out of the catalogue and/or personalised products (two-colour, screen printed, vinyl, etc...). Likewise, the return of products or orders whose total amount (taxable base) is less than €100 will not be accepted.

The company will endeavour to ensure that the descriptions, illustrations and information are accurate, but does not guarantee that there may be any future changes or differences (no claims for this reason, nor exchanges and/or returns of orders).

Compliance with these requirements is important in order to be able to offer a better service to all SEKURECO customers.

SEKURECO reserves the right to penalize up to 10 percentage points (minimum €18) the payment of returned goods for warehouse management and handling costs. In the case of returns accepted after the deadline and exceptional, they will always be paid with a minimum surcharge of 5 points (minimum 40 euros) plus the shipping costs that would have been generated at the time.
