Get greater adaptability without compromising resistance when you prepare metal surfaces or remove oxide and paint with Scotch-BriteTM RolocTM+ Clean and Strip XT Pro. Our discs have a combination of redesigned fiber, resin and abrasive silicon carbide mineral that form a thick and open mesh. Thanks to the behavior of fibers simulating a spring, these discs are able to follow the contours of the workpiece more accurately, achieving a greater contact area with faster elimination indices. They fit the undulating welding cords to polish the welds without removing them, and also allow you to work in hard-to-reach areas without damaging the substrate. The silicon carbide cuts aggressively to leave a fine finish. Overhangs, stains and unwanted contaminants are effectively eliminated while the workpiece geometry is maintained; all this reduces the need to repeat work and helps to increase productivity. In addition, the mesh holes allow the chips to escape, which prevents the abrasive obstruction. To ensure a constant cut during the life of the abrasive, the bonding of disk reinforcement resin gradually breaks with the use to reveal new fibers and a superfied silicon carbide abrasive.

High strength fiber resists fragmentation and performs well on edges. These discs offer low vibration and spark, high speed and long service life, as well as the additional benefit of a RolocTM accessory. The RolocTM+ button is attached to the entire disk extension, which increases the resistance and ease of use, and allows the disk to be enabled on its edge to clean corner welds and other hard-to-reach areas. Operators can quickly attach the disk to a RolocTM support (sold separately) that connects to the electric tool, which minimizes configuration and connection times, and helps improve productivity.
