APPLICATIONS
Designed for work in ATEX atmospheres:An explosive atmosphere is understood to be any mixture, in atmospheric conditions, of air and flammable substances in the form of gas, vapor, or dust in which, after ignition, it propagates to the rest of the unburned mixture. For a potentially explosive atmosphere to occur, a combination of a flammable or combustible substance with an oxidizer at a certain concentration and an ignition source is required. The risk increases and becomes more complicated when we are in a confined space and handling flammable substances in various industries and production processes.
There are two types of explosive atmospheres (ATEX):
G: mixture of a flammable substance in gas or vapor state
D: mixture of a flammable substance in powder form

SERVICE LIFE
The estimated service life of the equipment is 11 years from the date of manufacture (1 year of storage and 10 years of use). The following factors may reduce the product's service life: intensive use, contact with chemicals, especially aggressive environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, strong impacts, or improper use and maintenance. The mandatory annual inspection will validate the correct functioning of the equipment. It is mandatory for the equipment to be examined by the manufacturer or an authorized person at least once a year. In case of a fall arrest, the equipment must be removed from use.ABOUT IRUDEK
