Our repositionable fastening system Dual Lock™ SJ3540 has a density of 40 mushroom-shaped filaments/cm² with a bonded thickness of 5.8 mm.

The repositionable fastening system 3M™ Dual Lock™ SJ3540 is intended for use with various plastics (acrylic, polycarbonate, and AS), electrostatic paints, and low surface energy materials (polypropylene and polyethylene). It is a polyolefin system with a filament density of type 250 with a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Our fastening system can undergo 1000 opening and closing cycles before losing 50% of its original tensile strength, providing greater durability. This product performs well at low temperatures and withstands temperatures of up to +50 °C long-term (+70 °C short-term); it is designed exclusively for indoor use.
