The compacted Scotch-Brite EXL UW wheel allows for very uniform and smooth finishes in deburring and finishing applications for metals, plastics, and composites. It has a unified, durable, and layered structure, which provides stability and high performance.
The Unitized Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ EXL category offers good performance in a wide variety of metallurgical applications and machined parts where tight tolerances must be maintained. Use our wheels to achieve professional results in weld polishing, deburring aircraft parts, or in the roughing and finishing of a wide range of metals, plastics, and composites. The wheels are available in a wide range of grits, from fine and medium to coarse. The EXL material is used in higher densities for its strength and aggressive cutting power for effective edge and corner deburring without damaging the workpiece. The lower densities are soft and adaptable, making them suitable for finishing contoured surfaces. The Roloc quick-change discs are smaller discs designed to facilitate and speed up their mounting on a Roloc* attachment, making it easy to change discs between different tasks or in multi-step finishing processes. The Roloc system allows the discs to be securely attached even in intense applications, and the range of discs... 3M Available Roloc allows the operator to move from one step to the next in a matter of seconds.
