The spiral, non-woven design of our Scotch-Brite™ deburring wheels provide consistent abrasive action on flat or irregular surfaces throughout the life of the wheel. Our wheels are hard and durable, making them ideal for deburring stamped or laser-cut parts, cleaning or finishing post-sanding the belt, reducing bite into the base material. They offer a superior finish, which can eliminate the need for subsequent final finishing steps. They use an exceptionally sharp grain of silicon carbide, a synthetic material commonly used in low-pressure applications such as paint preparation and finishing. Silicon carbide breaks faster than aluminum oxide for a finer finish.
