Description

The Unitized Deburr & Finish PRO Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ wheel is our new PSG precision grit tool 3M along the non-woven fabric of the abrasive. These compact wheels feature a soft nylon fiber backing and include a Roloc™ connection for quick and easy mounting to power tools.

Use our Unitized Deburr & Finish PRO Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Wheel to finish deburring, finishing or roughing applications. Typically, abrasives excel in one area: deburring, finishing or grinding. This multipurpose wheel is unique in that it is designed to perform all three functions. These wheels offer all the common benefits of Scotch-Brite™ abrasives, including clogging resistance and an adaptable open dispersion. What sets them apart from other Scotch-Brite abrasives is the PSG precision grain of 3M. The unique mineral is woven throughout the abrasive and is designed for hardness and strength. The sharp cutting mineral is offset by soft, lightweight nylon fibers that respond to contours and surface irregularities. The gaps between the fibers allow debris to escape and help minimize clogging. Together, the dispersion and mineral combine to adequately address the substrate without sacrificing predictable results. This wheel includes the added benefit of a Roloc™ connection. Operators can quickly mount the wheel to a Roloc mount (sold separately) that connects to the power tool. Together, Roloc connection systems help improve productivity by reducing the time required to prepare tool and wheel connections. Versatile performance from factory environments to field applications Compacted wheels are different from corrugated convolute wheels in that they feature a layered construction rather than being placed around a core. The open dispersion is fixed and compressed for additional durability and strength. The unique production method makes the compacted wheels ideal for edges and contours. We recommend using this wheel with the Disc Sander (sold separately) 3M™ and Stand (sold separately) 3M™ Roloc™. These wheels are perfect for carrying out maintenance operations. They are high-performance products that resist dirt, corrosion and other contaminants while reducing the chance of changing the geometric shape of the part and helping you get the job done faster.
