Electrical hazard signal Grounded (text only). The electric warning sign is made of PVC Glasspack 0,7 mm and is available in sizes 105 x 74 mm 52 x 37 mm .

The signs of GLASSPACK of 0,7 mm consist of a semi-rigid polymer base (PVC) with a bright white finish to which color coating and protection is applied by screen printing techniques.

• SUPPORT: A glass pack of 0,7 mm (semi-rigid PVC) of a bright white colour.
• COLOUR COATING: for use in the manufacture of products falling within heading No 8542:. Colour black, green, red, blue, yellow, orange depending on the signal type. BRIGHT FINISH, PROTECTION OF THE SIGNAL AGAINST UV RAYS.

ADHESIVE PVC SIGN (STICK)

The signs are manufactured on a self-adhesive white gloss calendered monomeric vinyl sheet.

Color coating is applied using serigraphic techniques.

The adhesive is protected against inclement weather by a glossy transparent calendered laminate.

Description of the vehicle:

• TRANSPARENT LAMINATE GLOSSY FINISH of 0,8 mm. Transparent film of CALANDRED PVC with MONOMERIC PLASTIFICANT, free of cadmium, with UV filter.
• COLOUR COATING EPOXIDE RESINS of black, green, red, blue, yellow, orange depending on the signal type.
• SELF-ADHESIVE VINYL 0,08 mm made of white PVC resin. Back side of the adhesive.

Gloss-finished, high optical quality compressed PVC backing especially suitable for printing using screen printing techniques with UV curing inks in offset.

Colour coating (as required by the signal) by means of multi-use UV cured screen inks on various plastics.

These are brightly finished inks, whose mixture of compounds and radiated curing method give them excellent elasticity and reactivity, not only in overprinting but also in bending and die-cutting.

To properly place an obligation sign indicating that gloves are compulsory, it is important to ensure that it is clearly visible to people entering the work area. It is recommended to place the signal at eye level and in a place where it cannot be obstructed by other objects or signals.

The FIXED the signalling element must be placed on a firm surface free from dirt.

The signal may be secured by: MECHANICAL COMPONENTS (screws, rivets, etc.) or ADHESIVES (mounting adhesive, glues, silicones, etc.) carefully, avoiding dirt on the visible surface or deformation of the surface.

MAINTENANCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In order to preserve the functionality for which the signalling systems have been designed, SEKURECO recommends that signals be kept free from dust, dirt or any residue or object that prevents their visibility and identification.

For cleaning it is advisable to use soapy solutions preferably, avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive products that may damage the surface of the signal.

The working temperature shall not exceed 45 °C. Higher temperatures may deform the support material.
