CHARACTERISTICS

• Coast leather made from cowhide.

MATERIALS

Side cowhide leather combined with 305 gr./m2 of flame-retardant fabric (44-5530 + 44-5600: grain cow leather) is used with 3 threads of KEVLAR® for the manufacture of this product, as well as insulated buttons and hook and loop fastening materials for closures and reinforcements. PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures between 10˚ and 20˚ Celsius. Do not stack more than 5 boxes on a pallet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This product is designed to be used in all arc welding processes, such as MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG, micro plasma, spot welding, and gas welding, as well as plasma spraying and oxy-fuel cutting, gouging, arc welding, and thermal welding. Since applications vary, it is the user's responsibility to identify the appropriate product for each application.

This flame-resistant cotton/leather work clothing will be used for general work activities as well as welding. The user must ensure that all closures are fastened, especially for use with welding applications, and choose the correct size. If any molten metal sticks to the clothing, the user must remove it immediately. The user must always wear the bib in combination with a welding jacket.

The welding jacket 33-3060 can only be used with an additional neck protector. Additional protective garments (apron, sleeves, spats) should only be used with the welding suit. The spats should be worn over the welding shoes. If the user notices symptoms similar to sunburn, UV rays are passing through the product. In this case, the product must be repaired or replaced. Therefore, the user should be aware that they will need more layers of protection in the future.

HEALTH INFORMATION

The pH, chromium (VI), and PCP levels of all materials have been tested and comply with CE health standards. Coloring: The coloring is carried out using natural materials.

With the intended welding processes, the identified risks are as follows: flames, splashes of molten material, radiant heat, as well as a short-term risk of electric shock.
