This grain takes the form of triangular points that, unlike traditional abrasives, cut metal cleanly rather than biting or gouging it. Thanks to this, operators can complete demanding tasks, such as weld grinding, rust removal, edge grinding, homogenizing and deburring, with less fatigue. The heat-activated sanding enhancer on the discs makes them an excellent product for all types of metals. This enhancer keeps the blade cool when working on stainless steel and heat-sensitive metals such as nickel and titanium alloys, reducing metal discoloration and oxidation, as well as the risk of heat-related stress cracks.
