TECHNICAL DATA

USES AND APPLICATIONS

Dent Repair (Denting): This is the primary application. Hammers are used in combination with dollies (steel blocks) to strike the sheet metal from the outside or inside, correcting deformations without permanently damaging the surface.

Shaping and Stretching Metal: Allows shaping of new or existing metal panels, using hammers with different heads (round, flat tip) to stretch or shrink the metal according to the desired profile.

Surface Finishing: Hammers with round and milled faces are used for final finishing, removing small imperfections and stretch marks before the sanding and painting phase.

General Sheet Metal Work: Used in metalworking shops or in the manufacture of ducts and containers where it is necessary to strike, bend, and shape thin sheets of metal.

Controlled and Non-Rebound Striking (Rubber Hammers or "Dead Blow"): The dead blow hammers (included in the set) are used to strike sensitive surfaces or to seat parts without generating rebound or sparks, such as when installing trims or moldings.
