It meets the requirements of Canadian standard CSA Z94.3-2007 "Eye and Face Protectors" and is tested against impacts.

WARRANTY

The only responsibility of the seller or manufacturer will be to replace the quantity of this product that is proven to be defective from the factory. In this case, the customer must present their concern to our call center (600-300-3636), who will inform them how to proceed depending on the situation (return, refund, replacement, etc.). Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damages, whether direct or consequential, resulting from the use of this product. Before using it, the user must determine if the product is appropriate for the intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection with such use. Never modify or alter the product. It should not be used for protection against risks not indicated in this document.
