SENKO guarantees that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase from the manufacturer or authorized distributor of the product.

The manufacturer is not responsible (under this warranty) if your testing and examination reveal that the alleged defect in the product does not exist or was caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation, testing, or calibrations by the buyer (or third parties). Any unauthorized attempt to repair or modify the product, or any other cause of damage beyond the intended use, including damage from fire, lightening, water damage, or other risks, voids the manufacturer's liability.

WARNING

• Do not replace or change the parts. In this case, we do not guarantee the warranty and safety even though it is under warranty.
• Before use, remove any debris from the surfaces of the sensor, the LED, or the buzzer hole.
• Test the gas sensor performance through the gas beyond the alarm level regularly. Test the device regularly to ensure its LED, alarm, and vibration are functioning correctly.
• Use the device under the indicated conditions, including temperature range, humidity, and pressure. Using the device outside of the instructions may cause malfunction or failure.
• The sensors inside the device can indicate gas concentration differently depending on the environment, such as temperature, pressure, and humidity.
• Make sure to calibrate the detector in the same environment or in an environment similar to the specified one.
• Extreme temperature changes can cause drastic changes in gas concentration. (for example, using the detector where there is a large gap between the indoor and outdoor temperature)
• Use the device when the concentration stabilizes.
• Pressure Severe pressure or impact can cause drastic changes in gas concentration. Therefore, use the device when the concentration is stable. Severe pressure or impact can also cause malfunction in the sensor or the device.
• The alarms are configured according to international standards and must be changed by an authorized expert.
• The charging or replacement of the battery should be done in a safe area where there is no risk of explosion or fire. Changing the sensor or battery with incorrect replacements that are not authorized by the manufacturer may void the warranty.
• IR communication must be conducted in a safe area where there is no risk of explosion or fire.
