Adhesive for Information Signal (Number 1) is available in packs of 10. The adhesive adheres to the PVC information signs. They are used to complete messages of numbers and digits in different types of information signals.

Signs with numbers are commonly used to indicate the location or identification of specific objects, places or areas in a given space. We can find them in office buildings, warehouses and factories to identify shelves, storage areas or outdoor spaces.

The most common technical characteristics of UV SEKURECO prohibition signs are:

• Form: it's usually a circle with a pictogram and text.
• Size: this may vary depending on the size and location of the work area.
• Colours: security signals use specific colors to communicate their message. The red color is used for prohibition signs and warning about dangerous behavior.
• The material: safety signs may be made of different materials, such as plastic, aluminium or vinyl sticker. The material used will depend on the location and environment in which the signal will be placed. For example, if the signal is placed in an area where there is a lot of dust or moisture, it is advisable to use a material resistant to these conditions.

The signs are manufactured on a self-adhesive white gloss calendered monomeric vinyl sheet.

Color coating is applied using serigraphic techniques.

The adhesive is protected against inclement weather by a glossy transparent calendered laminate.

Description of the vehicle:

• TRANSPARENT LAMINATE GLOSSY FINISH of 0,8 mm. Transparent film of CALANDRED PVC with MONOMERIC PLASTIFICANT, free of cadmium, with UV filter.
• COLOUR COATING EPOXIDE RESINS of black, green, red, blue, yellow, orange depending on the signal type.
• SELF-ADHESIVE VINYL 0,08 mm made of white PVC resin. Back side of the adhesive.

Fused digital printable vinyl sheet calendered monomeric (80μ) white self-adhesive gloss.

Removable water-based acrylic adhesive, which allows the application to be fixed and removed under very light pressure with the fingers, and then lifted and repositioned if necessary.

COLOURED LAYER INKS

Colour coating (as required by the signal) by means of multi-use UV cured screen inks on various plastics.

These are brightly finished inks, whose mixture of compounds and radiated curing method give them excellent elasticity and reactivity, not only in overprinting but also in bending and die-cutting.

Mixtures of oligomers, monomers, photoinitiators and pigments.

Ink contains the following dangerous elements:

• Hexametylene diacrylate

• Isobornil acrylate

• Oxybis diacrylate (methyl-2,1-ethanoediyl)

To properly place an obligation sign indicating that gloves are compulsory, it is important to ensure that it is clearly visible to people entering the work area. It is recommended to place the signal at eye level and in a place where it cannot be obstructed by other objects or signals.

The FIXED the signalling element must be placed on a firm surface free from dirt.

The signal may be secured by: MECHANICAL COMPONENTS (screws, rivets, etc.) or ADHESIVES (mounting adhesive, glues, silicones, etc.) carefully, avoiding dirt on the visible surface or deformation of the surface.

MAINTENANCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In order to preserve the functionality for which the signalling systems have been designed, SEKURECO recommends that signals be kept free from dust, dirt or any residue or object that prevents their visibility and identification.

For cleaning it is advisable to use soapy solutions preferably, avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive products that may damage the surface of the signal.

The working temperature shall not exceed 45 °C. Higher temperatures may deform the support material.
