• White High Durability Hood 3M™ S-533 from the S series with integrated harness and facial adjustment piece is similar to the S-433 Hood, but has a more resistant, softer, quieter fabric with less fiber shedding that adapts comfortably to the user.

S Series hoods meet the requirements of the following European standards:

Eye and face protection according to EN166 (optical class 2, low energy impacts F and liquid splashes 3).

Respiratory protection according to EN12941:1998 + A2:2008 type TH3 when used with 3MTM JupiterTM and 3MTM VersafloTM TR-302E, TR-302E+ and TR-602E.

Respiratory protection to EN14594:2005 type 3A* when used with 3MTM VersafloTM V-100E, V-200E and V-500E**. *S Series hoods meet the lowest resistance (A) requirements of EN14594:2005. However they are approved for use with a range of compressed air hoses that meet the low and high resistance requirements (A and B). **S Series hoods when used with regulators and hoses marked EN1835 only, meet the requirements of EN1835.
