First printing for tape 94, Yellow 3M. What. For surface printing. Printing 3M 94 for tapes is used to increase the adhesion of the tapes 3M to surfaces such as polyethylene, propylene, ABS, PET/PBT mixtures, cement, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

• Precautions for safe handling. Do not handle the substance before reading and understanding all safety instructions. heat sources, sparks, open flame or hot surfaces - Do not smoke.
• Do not use tools that produce sparks. Take precautions against electrostatic discharges.
• Do not breathe in the dust/smoke/gas/fog/vapor/spray. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Wash thoroughly after handling. Contaminated workwear may not be removed from the workplace.
• Avoid release into the environment. Wash contaminated clothing before using it again.
• Avoid contact with oxidizing agents (e.g. chloride, chromic acid, etc.). Use compulsory personal protective equipment (e.g. gloves, breathing protection, etc.).
• To minimise the risk of ignition, determine the electrical classifications applicable to the process of using this product and select specific equipment with ventilation pipes to prevent the accumulation of flammable vapours.
• Ground/equipotential link the vessel and receiving equipment if static electricity may accumulate during transfer. 7.2.

Conditions for safe storage including any incompatibility: Store in a well ventilated place. Keep it in a cool place. Keep the container tightly closed. Store away from heat sources. Store away from acids. Store away from strong bases. Store away from oxidizing agents.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Shake the cartridge before use. Apply a thin, uniform layer on the surface to be joined using the minimum amount to cover the surface completely. Allow the product to dry completely before applying the tape. This will usually be achieved within 5 minutes at room temperature. Make sure that the printed surface remains free of contaminants before applying the tape. Porous surfaces may require two product hands for uniform coverage and good adhesion. Apply the first hand and let it dry before extending the second. Printing can be done with a brush, cotton ball or similar equipment.
