The pressure diffusion technology in the temple of 3M™

Based on years of anthropometric scientific research by 3M to determine differences in face shape and size, by creating digital models of about 600 different contact points on the human face. The technology works by diffusing pressure to enhance the comfort of the glasses without compromising the safety of the fit on different facial profiles.

Usage

These products are designed to protect against impacts from high-speed, low-energy particles (F) at extreme temperatures, -5°C and +55°C, (T) according to the European Standard EN166:2001. Additionally, they offer protection against UV radiation according to EN170:2002, and sunlight according to EN172:1994 (only gray ocular).

Different lens colors are available for a wide variety of applications

• Clear – Good color recognition and excellent UV protection.
• Gray – Protection against sunlight.
• Yellow – Increases contrast in low-light conditions.
