DESCRIPTION

Fall harness intended to be incorporated into a fall arrest system.

This harness is manufactured with 45mm straps and consists of: back and sternal hooks, glutes strap, quick buckles at thigh level, buckles at shoulder level, a musket. Two-color, medium size.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Harness recommended for all types of height interventions (structure, roofs, glass panes, scaffolding, moving bridges, cranes ...). A harness must be strapped as close to the body as possible, without excessive strapping, to allow the wearer to move freely.

The external mooring points shall be used in pairs in order to preserve longitudinal forces in the event of a fall and to avoid as far as possible asymmetrical lateral forces.

LIMITS OF USE

Do not use outside the instructions for use defined in the relevant section.

Replace the safety harness if you have any doubts about its strength. After a fall, return the harness for inspection to the manufacturer or a competent person authorised by the manufacturer. Every 12 months the harness shall be inspected by the manufacturer or by a competent person authorised by him. A fall harness and a rope do not constitute a fall arrest system.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

The harness should be suspended in a moderately dry, ventilated space, away from the sun and rodents.

CLEANING/MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Clean water and soap with a brush. The belt shall then be dried with a dry cloth and suspended in a ventilated area. The metal parts are then cleaned with a cloth soaked in petroleum jelly.

Bleach and detergents are strictly prohibited. The equipment must always be examined before use.

In particular, ensure that there is no:

- no cutting, burning, rusting or abnormal shrinkage.

- seam: no visible deterioration.

- metallic elements: no traces of oxidation or deformation. Ensure, on the other hand, that the muskets function correctly.
