USE INSTRUCTIONS - AJUST OF ANICAL ARÉS
Before we begin. Empty your pockets, as, during work or, what is even more important, in the case of a fall, the objects that you carry in your pockets can be trapped between the harness's belts and the user's body causing injuries. Always consult the instructions of use supplied with the specific harness regarding the correct installation and adjustment.
Step 1. Start. Hold the harness down the dorsal ring in D, which is often subjected through a D pad and make sure the straps are not twisted.
Step 2. Shoulder straps. Slide the harness above your arms and place it on your shoulders. Make sure no strap is entangled and hang freely.
Step 3. Leg straps. Place it between your legs and hold the belt for your legs on your left side. Up the strap between the legs and connect it with the buckle on the left side. Connect the belt for the right leg using the same procedure.
Step 4. Hair belts. Fix the buckle of the chest belt to the corresponding opposite side buckle.
Step 5. Belt for waist (if you have). Fix the belt buckle for waist to the corresponding opposite side buckle.
Step 6. Set the harness to tighten. Adjust the shoulder straps until tightened with the adjusters. The left and right sides of the shoulder straps should be adjusted to the same length and the breast belt should be centered at the bottom of the chest, about 15 cm below the shoulder. The chest ring in D of the shawl-like harness moves up or down adjusting the shoulder and legs straps. Centre the dorsal ring in D between the shoulder blades. Note: In the applicable models the dorsal ring in D can be uploaded or lowered in the harness belt as necessary to achieve a correct fit. Go back to adjust the belts for the legs to tighten. They must remain at least 8 cm of the belt beyond the buckle on the legs straps. Adjust the belt for the waist (if equipped).
It's ready! A properly placed and adjusted whole body harness will effectively distribute impact forces throughout the body and provide you with the right grip during suspension and rescue after a fall.
