BENEFITS OF the Aircap RP Cap
Provides a lightweight protection solution for jobs where the main risk is impacts with structures, machinery, or fixed elements. The ABS shell helps dissipate light impacts, while the ventilation and Dryfit band favor continuous use. As a cap with a reduced visor, it improves the field of vision in tasks that require frequent upward gazes or movements in tight spaces.
APPROPRIATE WORK FOR
Suitable for maintenance, logistics, warehouses, workshops, assembly, installations, and work in interiors or areas with low ceilings, shelves, pipes, metal profiles, or protruding parts. Appropriate when an impact-resistant cap is required and not a construction helmet, always according to the risk assessment of the position.

REGULATIONS
The EN 812:A1 standard regulates impact helmets for the industry, which are designed exclusively to protect the user from the consequences of impacts against hard and stationary objects, such as pipes, beams, or low ceilings, which can cause lacerations or superficial injuries. It is essential to emphasize that this equipment is not certified to protect against falling objects (unlike industrial safety helmets under the EN 397 standard), so its use should be limited to environments where the risk of material falling is zero. The modification "+A1" specifies additional tests for resistance to extreme temperatures and performance in humid conditions, ensuring that the helmet's structure maintains its basic integrity even in demanding work environments.
