APPLICATIONS

Class A anchorage connector: automatically locking connector. It is used as a component to directly engage a specific type of anchorage.

In order to reduce the possibility of unintentional opening, with the associated danger, hooks, as well as muskets, they shall have automatic closing and automatic or manual locking and shall be released only by the user performing at least two consecutive manual actions voluntarily. However, it should be borne in mind that when using hand-locking hooks they should only be used in cases where the worker does not have to connect and remove the hook repeatedly during the working day.

EPI FOR WORK AT HEIGHT

The Hook Ø 64mm aluminium double-security self-closing hook AZ023 is an aluminium connector with dimensions of 240 x 130 mm and a weight of 460 grams with an aperture of 64 mm and a minimum static resistance of 20 kN. It complies with EN 362, can be operated with one hand and is suitable for scaffolding pipe.

The function of scaffolding hooks is to allow the connection of different elements which make up the worker protection system, which can thus be adequately protected against the possibility of falling and falling at different heights, which would give rise to an accident that could have fatal consequences for the user.

LIFETIME

Cleaning: clean with soap and water not above 30oC. Don't dry in the heat. Lubricate the visages and opening handles occasionally after washing.

Check the service life of the musket.

Reviews: The equipment must be reviewed every 12 months by an authorised person or by the manufacturer. Inspections shall be recorded on the review sheet attached to the PPE together with the instruction manual.
