SAFETOP 80 mm opening steel clamp

Steel strap allowing the connection of an anti-roll element to a permanent anchorage point.

CHARACTERISTICS

• PEP of category III
• By pressing the part we see at the bottom, it opens in two: the upper part to allow the entry of the bar or element that will constitute the anchoring element.
• When releasing the left (lower) part, the two pieces on top are joined to secure the connection
• Safety ring ensuring at all times that the two parts of the upper gripper remain perfectly coupled.

APPLICATIONS

Class A and T anchorage connector: automatic closing connector. It is used as a component and is designed for direct attachment to a specific type of anchorage. For example, as anchorage of ropes, harnesses, etc. Class T connectors are self-closing connectors designed as part of a subsystem so that the load is applied in a predetermined direction.

LIFETIME

Reviews: The equipment must be reviewed every 12 months by an authorised person or by the manufacturer. Inspections shall be recorded on the review sheet attached to the PPE together with the instruction manual.

The maximum lifetime is 5 years from the date of first use, unless the equipment is defective or has already been used to stop a fall, in which case it must be discarded immediately.

Cleaning: clean with soap and water not above 30oC. Don't dry in the heat. Grease the visages and opening levers occasionally after washing.
