The new PROTECTA® adjustment system has been improved to provide the option of easily adjusting the length of the sling during use. These new versions feature an AJ572 triple-action musket with an automatically-closing musket in zinc-plated steel (ref.: AJ523) and are available in different lengths.

• Use slings for positioning in work with adjuster 3MTM Protecta® where the worker can use a fixed structure or ladder to create support and partial stability, leaving both hands free to complete a task

THE APPROPRIATE SLING

Work positioning slings: When a work positioning sling is used in conjunction with a belt/harness with a belt, this allows the user to work comfortably, leaving both hands free. A work positioning system should normally be used in conjunction with a fall arrest system.
