Designed as an economical solution with minimal padding, the 3MTM ScottTM ProPak Sigma is equipment for regulatory compliance in naval or industrial firefighting environments. The ProPak Sigma breathing equipment consists of a backplate, a non-padded conveyor harness and a pneumatic system containing a bottle connector, a pressure reducer, a pressure gauge, a whistle and a demand valve. Designed for user comfort with adjustable shoulder straps, a wraparound harness and large buckles for easy handling with gloved hands and quick placement and removal.
EQUIPMENT INCLUDES
Autonomous positive breathing equipment including a Vision 3 positive pressure panoramic mask with Torodial screen and outer silicone material and inside TPE+ 1 6-litre steel bottle at 300 bar with a range of approx. of 41 minutes.
The backpack is made of lightweight composite material and includes a pad for the lumbar area. The fully adjustable body harness has been manufactured from flame-resistant Kevlar blend fabric. The buckles and connections are molded by injection with corrosion resistant polyamide. The two-stage pneumatic system includes an automatic positive pressure demand valve activated by first inhalation system, a first-stage pressure reducing valve with an integral 200/300 bar bottle connector and a man-mounted pressure gauge with 55 bar warning whistle.
