CEPRO fire blanket for welding protection 2 sides Atlas

Protective flame-retardant blankets for welding ensure safe protection against weld splashes, spark projection and grinding sparks. They are cut-resistant, non-slip and are resistant to a continuous thermal load of up to 500 °C and briefly to 600 °C.

The CEPRO Flameproof Welding Protection 2 Side Atlas is made of heat resistant fabrics and protects against sparks and splashes from welding and grinding.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Thermo-E-Glas-Filament-Fabric with a grey flame retardant PU coating
• The blanket coating is specially formulated on both sides with aluminium pigments to increase anti-slip properties and frost resistance
• Glass fibre on one side with Alufix
• Cutting resistant and non-slip
• Continuous heat load up to 500 °C, briefly at 600 °C
• Weight of material 720 g/m2
• Two-sided flame retardant

VARIATIONS AND MEASURES

The specifications for custom-made welding blankets are:

• Sewn on cut edges
• The minimum size available is 1m2
• The maximum size available is 15m2
• The minimum length per side is 100 cm
• Welding blankets shall be manufactured with a tolerance of 5 cm in the dimensions provided
• Custom welding blankets are not returnable
