To correctly place an obligation signal that indicates that the use of gloves is mandatory, it is important to ensure that it is clearly visible to people entering the work area. It is recommended to place the signal at eye height and in a place where it can not be obstructed by other objects or signals.

TheFixingFrom the signaling element, it must be done on a firm and free surface dirt.

The signal can be ensured byMechanical elements(screw, rivets, etc ...) oADHESIVES(Assembly adhesive, tails, silicones ...) carefully, avoiding dirtying the surface view or deformation thereof.

Maintenance and recommendations

In order to preserve the functionality for which signaling systems have been conceived, Sekureco recommends maintaining free dust, dirt or any remaining or object signals that avoid visibility and identification of them.

For cleaning, it is advisable to use soapy solutions preferably, avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive products that may deteriorate the surface of the signal.

The working temperature should not be greater than 45º C. Higher temperatures may deform the support material.

MEASURES

The signaling plates are carried out as defined in Annex III of the RD485 / 1997, both in its intrinsic characteristics, and in the signal type.

The size of the square makes it visible to 9.30 meters away in its A4 size and 13.4 meters away in its A3 size (according to formula published in the technical support guide to RD 485/1997).

    Storage, cleaning and conservation

    The working temperature should not be greater than 45º C. Higher temperatures may deform the support material.

    The optimum storage temperature will be between 15º C and 25º C; and with a humidity of 10/50%.

    Cleaning methods; Avoid applying abrasive products. It is recommended to clean them with water and neutral detergents.
