The ventilation of the CleanAirTower room and the room ventilation is used when the extraction of welding fumes is insufficient.

The tower effectively protects employees and machines from fine dust during welding. Clean air is returned to the room.

The new optimized airflow has a special effect and, similar to pinball, ensures that possible sparks and particles collide with steel sheet elements at 10 or more points, effectively dissipating their energy.

The room ventilation causes only minimal air turbulence, so contaminated air does not reach uncontaminated areas.

The CleanAirTower operates according to the stratified ventilation principle recommended by the Employers' Liability Insurance Association for corridor ventilation.

OPERATION

• Aspiration of air from the environment through an integrated fan
• The purified air is returned to the hall through low impulses from the bottom of the system
• The purified warm air supports the rise of welding smoke towards the extraction grille, creating a slow air recirculation at the workstation (layered ventilation)
