CHARACTERISTICS

• The glass fabric with a single coating with glass fibre reinforcement is burn-resistant and can withstand up to 150 oC without damage, providing a durable but malleable structure ideal for machinery at high temperatures.
• The adhesive is removed cleanly and easily leaving minimal residue and ensuring a quick cleaning process.
• A durable, adaptable-shaped backing provides a smooth wrapping surface that can be applied to spiral wrappers or other formations for custom applications.
• The silicone adhesive provides long-lasting aging and good holding power for a wide range of operations.
• The non-stick material enables rollers to be used for multiple applications by eliminating downtime during manufacturing processes

APPLICATIONS

Our 5401 tape is applied by hand and is mainly used to provide traction when passing materials over rollers and motor rollers common in printing, flexography stamping, conversion and mesh processes and at the same time provides a non-stick surface for adhesives using the same rollers, thereby reducing the time lost changing or cleaning the rollers.
