The Cutting and Grinding disc (Cut & Grind) 3M™ Cubitron ™ II Includes PSG ceramic grain 3M which gives you an extraordinary and long duration speed for use in both stainless steel and tempered steel. Our versatile discs serve both roughing and cutting. Unlike other abrasive discs, the cut & rough disc (Cut & Grind) 3M™ Cubitron ™ II adapts to very diverse tasks without being necessary to change the disc. Our roughing discs have a flat reinforced surface that models or homogeinizes objects, while the fine outer edge can be used for perpendicular cuts and resans. This avoids having different abrasive tools, which maximizes production.

Contains PSG grain 3M which adopts triangular tips that, unlike traditional abrasives, cut the metal cleanly instead of bite or work it. These tips are continuously self -afilated as they are fractured, providing an extremely fast cut. This relieves accumulated heat due to friction, which reduces discoloration and tension cracks derived from heat. The discs must have a maximum speed of operation equal to or greater than the maximum speed of the electrical tool used and should be used with a disk protector that fits its size.

Cutting and Grinding discs 3M CubitronTMII Cut & Grind are type 27 reinforced resin bonded discs containing Precision Shaped Ceramic (PSG) mineral 3M. Cutrontmii Cut & Grind's cutting and roughing discs are designed to cut and rough carbon steel, stainless steel and nickel alloys.
