Disposable VFlex FFP3 9163E mask with valve (10 pcs) 3M. The 3M VFlex mask offers economical particle protection and features a V-fold design that flexes and expands around the mouth for a sense of space and comfort while working, with a patented filter material from 3M and a valve that facilitates breathing.

REGULATIONS

Products are classified by their filtering efficiency and maximum total leakage performance (FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3), as well as their utility and resistance to obstruction. Performance tests for this standard include filter penetration; practical behavior test; flammability; breathing resistance; and total inward leakage. Reusable products are also subjected to cleaning and storage tests, and mandatory obstruction resistance tests (the latter are optional for non-reusable products). You can obtain a complete copy of the EN 149:2001+A1:2009 standard through your country's standardization body.

PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Choose the most suitable size from the two available. The normal size is suggested for most users. The small size (S) is indicated for those with smaller faces. See Figure 1. Before putting on the mask, ensure your hands are clean. All components of the mask should be inspected to ensure they are not damaged.

1. Using both hands, place your fingers on the upper panel with your thumbs inside the mask and slightly bend the center of the nose clip upwards.

2. Open the mask by pulling the upper and lower panels to shape it. The elastic bands should be at the top.

3. Hold the mask in one hand with the inside facing your face, place it covering your chin and with the nose clip facing upwards.

4. Place one band under your ears, leaving it at the nape of your neck, and the other over the crown of your head. The elastics should not be twisted. Adjust the upper and lower panels until they are comfortable, with the edges flat against your face and covering from chin to nose. You can use the side tabs (marked as "A") for a better fit.

5. Using both hands, mold the nose clip to the shape of your nose and cheekbones to ensure a good seal. Doing this with one hand may result in a less effective fit and pose a risk.

6. A fit check of the mask should be performed every time it is put on and before entering the contaminated area.
