Semi-static wire absorber with a length of 100 cm. The rope has 11 mm diameter, end loops protected with polyethylene cover.
It includes an energy absorber and includes the connector reference 981 at one end, and the hook reference 39, opening 55 mm, at the other end.
In the event of a fall, the energy absorber shall have a maximum aperture of 1,20 m.
Information and data: An energy absorber is a component or element of an anti-fall system, designed to dissipate the kinetic energy developed during a fall from a given height.
Energy absorbers are used well integrated with a mooring element, anchorage line or slip harness or in combination with any of these.
The combination of an energy absorber and a mooring element is a subsystem which, when connected to a crash harness according to EN 361, constitutes one of the crash systems specified in EN 363.

- The equipment must be individually attributed to one person.
- It is recommended that the anchorage point where the anti-fall system will be fixed be above the user. The anchorage point shall have a minimum static resistance of 12 kN and shall comply with the requirements of EN 795.
- Personal protective equipment must not be worn by persons whose state of health may affect the safety of the wearer under normal conditions of use or in an emergency.
- Personal protective equipment should only be used by a person trained and competent in its safe use.
