777F QRS fabric cloth disc of 115 mm 3M. The 777F fabric disc from 3M™ is made with a blend of ceramic abrasive grain from 3M™ and aluminum oxide to enhance durability and cutting efficiency. We designed the backing of this fabric disc with heavy polyester that can withstand tough high-pressure applications and works well on heat-sensitive metals.

Use the 3M™ Roloc™ 777F disc for both wet and dry applications. Our 777F discs contain a blend of ceramic abrasive and alumina mineral that self-sharpens and provides superior durability and cutting power compared to discs that only contain alumina. The water-resistant polyester backing is extremely durable, as it withstands medium-pressure applications while allowing the disc to be used wet or dry.

The Roloc connection system allows for quick and easy disc changes. The sanding aid reduces operating temperatures, helping to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium. The abrasive is bonded to the backing with a heat-resistant resin coating, which maintains its strength even under pressure, heat, or water.
