High-performance ceramic abrasive disc 777F Roloc 3M. A blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide mineral that self-sharpens and offers greater durability and a higher cutting rate than aluminum oxide.
The 3M™ Roloc™ 777F disc contains a high-performance ceramic abrasive grain mixed with alumina for a combination of durability and cutting efficiency. Our 777F discs increase productivity in both material removal and finishing.
Use the 3M™ Roloc™ 777F disc for both wet and dry applications. Our 777F discs contain a blend of ceramic abrasive and alumina mineral that self-sharpens, providing superior durability and cutting power compared to discs that only contain alumina. The water-resistant polyester backing is extremely durable, as it withstands medium-pressure applications while allowing the disc to be used wet or dry.
The Roloc connection system allows for quick and easy disc changes. The grinding aid reduces operating temperatures, helping to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium. The abrasive is bonded to the backing with a heat-resistant resin coating, which maintains its strength even under pressure, heat, or water.
Supply: 5 to 10 working days
FEATURES
- The 3M™ Roloc™ fastening system allows for efficient and secure attachment and removal of the disc.
- The polyester backing is extremely durable to withstand medium-pressure applications while maintaining consistent performance in both wet and dry applications.
- The grinding aid reduces grinding temperatures for processes involving heat-sensitive alloys, such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium.
- The heat-resistant resin coating bonds the abrasive to the backing for greater durability under pressure, heat, and water.
BENEFITS
Our 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is resin-bonded to withstand high temperatures and pressures. A grinding aid in the 777F disc reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys, such as stainless steel and nickel alloys.
3M™ The ceramic abrasive grain 3M™ is a ceramic mineral designed to enhance the toughness and hardness of the grain. For greater performance, 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F products contain aluminum oxide mineral mixed with 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, which is one of the hardest and most durable minerals available. Ceramic abrasives, perfect for moderate to heavy material removal, are designed to cut quickly and handle applications with intense stress and heat. Ceramic aluminum oxide blends outperform aluminum oxide abrasives in cutting speed and durability, making them an excellent choice for challenging grinding applications.
- The blend of ceramic abrasive and alumina mineral self-sharpens, providing superior durability and cutting power compared to using only alumina.
- The 3M™ Roloc™ connection system allows for quick and easy disc changes.
- The polyester backing is extremely durable, as it withstands medium-pressure applications while maintaining consistent performance in both wet and dry applications.
- The grinding aid reduces operating temperatures in processes with heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium.
- The heat-resistant resin coating bonds the abrasive to the backing for greater durability under pressure, heat, or water.
