Lightweight polyester protective cap IRUDEK Aircap SP

The new range of Aircap caps is designed to offer maximum comfort and an attractive look to the user, while protecting them from impacts and lacerations to the head in a wide variety of applications. Designed with the modern anti-sweat band Dryfit, a flexible inner shell made of ABS that easily adapts to different head sizes (52-65mm), with unprecedented extra ventilation and reflective bands both on the cap and the visor.

Available in two colors (navy blue and gray) and three visor lengths (70mm, 55mm, and 25mm).

PLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT

To ensure adequate protection, the AIRCAP cap must be properly adjusted to the user's head size.

Head protection products are designed to be used with the visor facing forward and the adjustment at the back.

The AIRCAP cap is adjusted by passing the strap through the buckle at the back of the cap until it fits comfortably and securely to the head, so that it does not obstruct the forward view.

APPLICATIONS

The AIRCAP cap does not protect against the effects of falling or projecting objects or suspended or moving loads. It should not be used as a substitute for a safety helmet for the industry, as specified in standard EN 397.

The AIRCAP cap is designed to absorb the energy of an impact by partially destroying or deteriorating the shell and harness, if present, even if such deterioration may not be immediately apparent; any cap that has been subjected to a significant impact should be replaced. To ensure adequate protection, the AIRCAP cap must fit the user's head size.

Users are also warned about the danger of removing or modifying any original component that is part of the cap, except for modifications or removals recommended by the manufacturer. The AIRCAP cap should not be adapted, in any case, for the attachment of accessories in any way other than that recommended by the manufacturer of the mismo.No apply paint, solvents, adhesives, or self-adhesive labels, except for those that comply with the manufacturer's instructions.

SERVICE LIFE

To ensure optimal performance, it is essential that all components of the AIRCAP cap are free from defects and that they are stored, maintained, and cleaned properly. The service life of the AIRCAP cap depends on various factors, including heat, cold, chemicals, sunlight, and misuse.

Under normal circumstances, the cap provides adequate protection for 5 years. In some extreme cases, it may deteriorate in a shorter period of time. We recommend discarding caps that are used daily, and outdoors, after two years of service.
