FFP2 NR D 9926 mask for acidic gases with a valve less than VLA (10 units) 3M. Protects against annoying levels of acidic gases and low concentrations of dust and mist particles. Reduces irritation: designed to prevent discomfort caused by low levels of gases and vapors present in some operations, along with contaminants in the form of particles, thanks to its layer of activated carbon.
The 3M™ Special particle masks offer lightweight and comfortable respiratory protection FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3 against organic vapors, acidic gases, ozone, hydrogen fluoride, and unpleasant odors. Our masks have an activated carbon layer that provides relief against unpleasant smells. The convex shape, soft inner facial fitting piece, nasal clip, and double straps help fit a wide variety of faces, and the color-coded braided bands help quickly identify the level of protection.
Get reliable and effective respiratory protection FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3 against dust, mists, organic vapors, acidic gases, ozone (nominal protection factor 10), and hydrogen fluoride with special particle masks. 3M™. They feature a layer of activated carbon that alleviates unpleasant odors and are ideal for welding tasks or waste sorting environments. Our lightweight cup-shaped design is resistant to deformation, and the soft facial adjustment piece, nasal clip, and double straps help provide a comfortable fit for a wide variety of face shapes. The color-coded braided bands allow for easy identification of the level of protection offered: yellow for FFP1 (nominal protection factor 4), blue for FFP2 (nominal protection factor 12), and red for FFP3 (nominal protection factor 50). They are designed to fit perfectly with eye and hearing protection products from 3M.
Compatible with:
Eye Protection 3M
Hearing Protection 3M
CHARACTERISTICS
- Robust cup and shell design: It fits well on faces of different shapes and sizes, maintains its shape properly during use, and is resistant to deformation.
- 3M™ Cool Flow Valve™ The Cool Flow valve reduces heat buildup to provide workers with comfortable protection, even in warm or humid environments.
- Color-coded straps: Performance level easily recognizable thanks to color-coded straps.
- FFP2 - Reliable and effective protection against ozone gas and provides relief from annoying levels of acid gas (below the threshold limit value, TLV).
- Compatible with: Eye protection from 3M, hearing protection of 3M
- The braided bands are colored for easy identification: blue for FFP2.
- Comfortable, lightweight design that is separate from the face.
- Thanks to its convex shape, the nasal clip and its two-strip design fit perfectly to a wide variety of face sizes.
BENEFITS
- Design and exterior robustness
- Adjustment for most users.
- Maintains its shape during use.
- Resistance to deformation even under demanding usage conditions. High-performance filtering material.
- The advanced filtering material of 3M provides high filtration efficiency and low breathing resistance, encouraging the use of the mask throughout the day. Exhalation valve 3M
- The patented exhalation valve by 3M It reduces the accumulation of heat and humidity indoors, improving the worker's comfort, even in conditions of heat and humidity. Activated carbon.
- Provides protection against ozone generated in welding processes and annoying levels of gases and odors (below the OEL). Color coding on the adjustment bands.
- To allow for quick identification of protection levels, the adjustment bands are identified with different colors (yellow=FFP1, blue=FFP2).

RULES
These products meet the requirements of the European standard EN 149:2001 + A1:2009, self-filtering masks for particles. These masks provide protection against solid and non-volatile liquid particles.
These products are classified according to their filtration efficiency and their inward leakage value (FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3), as well as their usage time and resistance to saturation.
The tests included in this standard cover filter penetration, tests after storage, flammability, breathing resistance, and inward leakage. Reusable masks must also include care instructions and mandatory tests for behavior after storage and saturation (the saturation test is optional for disposable masks). You can purchase a copy of the standard EN 149:2001 +A1:2009 through AENOR.
Designation:
R = Reusable
NR = Non-reusable
D = Meets the saturation test
APPROVALS
These products meet the requirements of the European Directive 89/686/EEC, Directive on Personal Protective Equipment (in Spain, R.D. (1407/1992) and therefore, they have the CE mark. The certification under Article 10, CE type examination, and Article 11, CE quality control, has been issued by BSI Product Services, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4SQ, Great Britain (Notified Body number 0086).
APPLICATIONS
For acidic gases See Figure 1. Hold the mask with one hand with the nasal piece in the fingertips, letting the adjustment bands hang freely below the hand. 2. Place the mask below your chin, with the nasal clip facing up. 3. Place the upper adjustment band on the crown of your head and the lower one around your neck, below your ears. 4. The bands should not be twisted. 5. Using both hands, shape the nasal clip around the nose (bottom) to ensure a good fit and seal. Shaping the clip with one hand may result in a less effective fit. 6. Check the fit before entering the contaminated area. 3M It has such diverse solutions that provide the right answer to every need.
