STANDARDS/ REGULATIONS
The absorbers Irudek are classified as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), with the absorber Irudek 362 complying with the regulations.- EN 355

USAGE LIMITATIONS
- The equipment must be assigned individually to a person.
- It is recommended that the anchorage point where the fall protection system will be fixed is above the user. The anchorage point must have a minimum static resistance of 12 kN and must comply with the requirements of Standard EN 795.
- Personal protective equipment should not be used by individuals whose health status may affect the safety of the user under normal use conditions or in an emergency.
- Personal protective equipment should only be used by a trained and competent person in its safe use.
SERVICE LIFE
The estimated service life of the equipment is 11 years from the date of manufacture (1 year of storage and 10 years of use). The following factors may reduce the product's service life: intensive use, contact with chemicals, particularly aggressive environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, strong impacts, or improper use and maintenance.The mandatory annual review will validate the correct functioning of the equipment. It is mandatory that the equipment be examined by the manufacturer or an authorized person at least once a year. In the event of a fall arrest, the equipment must be removed from use.
