MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION

It is important to perform visual checks of the product immediately before, during, and after use to ensure it is in perfect condition and functioning correctly. In addition to these routine examinations, it is recommended that the equipment be inspected semi-annually by qualified personnel. Visually inspect the body, wheels, and pulley's axles for possible damage or failures, check that the engraving is legible, and ensure that the moving parts operate correctly. Ensure that the retention spring (the red wire) is securely fastened. High temperatures, chemicals, rust, cuts, and abrasions can negatively affect the equipment's characteristics.
In case of any doubts about its safety or if it has been used to stop a fall, the equipment must be immediately ceased from use until a qualified person confirms in writing that its use poses no risk. Only the manufacturer or an authorized representative for repairs may repair the equipment or make necessary part replacements.
The service life of this product varies depending on its use, care, and maintenance, and sometimes exceeds 10 years. Please note that if the pulley is used in hostile environments (e.g., places with dust, sand, or mud), it must be inspected more frequently, and its service life may be reduced.
