The 3M™ Speedglas™ 9100 series welding filter continues our tradition of excellent optical quality, with a uniform shade and minimal distortion across the viewing area. With optional side screen windows (shade 5 filters) that expand your field of vision. Cover filters included. A delay function allows you to set the transition time from dark to light, and it is possible to fix any shade, for example, light shade 3, when grinding. It has a transition time (from light to dark) of 0.1 ms, and the arc detection sensitivity can be adjusted for unbeatable transition reliability. The comfortable spot welding mode also helps minimize eye strain during prolonged spot welding tasks. The Speedglas 9100 headband is very comfortable with a smooth dial for precise adjustment. The screen is compatible with most safety glasses or 3M™ disposable or reusable welding particle masks.
