CEPRO stable welding screen without curtains 200x215cm Omnium

The CEPRO Omnium welding screen without curtains is a stable partition made of rectangular tubes measuring 40 x 30 x 2mm and round tubes measuring 30 x 2mm.

Mobility is ensured by 4 swivel wheels, two of which are equipped with brakes. It has a height of 2.00m and a width of 2.15m.

It is the most efficient welding screen for demanding jobs. Manufactured under the safety standard - EN 1598.

TECHNICAL AND PACKAGING DATA

• The dimensions of the packaging box are 310 x 80 x 2050 mm.
• Two swivel arms can be added to the Omnium structure to form a triptych structure measuring 2.00 x 3.75m (0.80 + 2.15 + 0.80).
• It is also possible to form a cabin or mobile wall by joining an Omnium structure with several extensions (2.00 x 2.15 m)
• Supplied with 160cm curtains in a kit form for assembly

APPLICATIONS

• To separate enclosed spaces where intensive welding work will be carried out.
• Periodically check that the CEPRO Omnium welding screen has no tears or other damage
• Replace damaged curtains or strips if necessary
• The nuts and bolts used to connect the frame should be regularly checked
