The intensive use welding helmet 3M™ Speedglas™ G5-01 is specifically designed for the intensive welder. The flip-up function of the helmets allows for a smooth transition between welding and grinding tasks while maintaining powered respiratory protection.

With highly customizable adjustment settings, including more control over how the welding arc appears, how air is directed inside the helmet, and how to set it up for additional protection against radiation, sparks, and splashes: the G5-01 model allows you to control your protection. It includes 3M™ Speedglas™ natural color technology, variable color technology (with G5-01VC), and a spot welding mode (with G5-01TW). The new optional work light also allows you to see more of your workpiece.
