SparkTrap Spark Pre-separator KEMPER

The SparkTrap spark pre-separator safely prevents sparks, coarse particles and cigarette ends from entering the filtration system – with an efficiency of almost 100 percent. In addition, thanks to the pre-separator connection, the filter service life increases by up to 300 percent. Optional spark detection further increases safety, as the filtration system can be switched off automatically when a predetermined limit value is exceeded.

OPERATION

• The drawn-in air is set in rotation.
• Sparks and coarser particles are pushed out of the rotating air flow.
• These particles separate from the remaining air flow and are separated into a dust collector.
