Description

Hercules is a fiberglass fabric that is also treated with a gray flame-retardant polyurethane coating (to enhance slip resistance and fraying resistance), as well as an inorganic treatment to improve short-term temperature load. The maximum application temperature is 750 °C, briefly up to 900 °C. Hercules is recommended for horizontal use; for example, as a welding and grinding blanket in situations where high temperatures are reached.
