APPLICATIONS

For plastic repair and surface defect repair. 3MTM EZ Sand Flexible Parts Repair is a flexible two-component epoxy material designed to repair flexible and semi-rigid plastic parts. The formula provides flexibility with excellent sanding qualities and is compatible with the most common plastics. For best results, it is used together with 3MTM polyolefin adhesion promoter (ref. 05907).

It is primarily designed for cosmetic repairs such as scratches, dents, and deformations of flexible and semi-rigid exterior plastic parts of the car, including bumper covers and decorative parts. The product can also be used for commercial and industrial applications on similar types of plastics. It is used with the following applicators: ref. 08571 (manual), ref. 08117 (manual), and ref. 09930 (pneumatic). 3MTM static mixing nozzle: ref. 08193 (6/bag), ref. 08194 (50/box).

STORAGE AND SAFETY

If stored under recommended conditions in unopened original containers, the product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. For optimal duration, store in a dry area at 22 °C (72 °F). It should be kept away from acids and other oxidizing agents. After use, leave a mixing nozzle in place to seal the cartridge.
