In accordance with the essential requirements of the European Regulation 2016/425 regarding ergonomics, safety, comfort, ventilation, and flexibility, and to the standard EN397:1995/A1/2000 (-30°C / +50°C).

- The EN397:1995 standard establishes a series of requirements that industrial safety helmets must meet to ensure the safety of workers. Some of the aspects covered by this standard include impact resistance, penetration resistance, dielectric rigidity (for protection against electric shocks), flame and heat resistance, as well as ergonomic and adjustment requirements to ensure effective protection.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

The protective helmet is designed so that the energy developed during a shock is absorbed through the destruction or partial deterioration of the shell and harness; although these types of deteriorations are not immediately visible, it is recommended to replace any helmet involved in a significant impact.

To ensure sufficient protection, this helmet must be adjusted or fitted to the wearer's size. Users are also warned about the existing danger if any of the original elements of the protective helmet are modified or removed, except for modifications or removals recommended by the helmet manufacturer. Helmets should not be adapted in any way for the attachment of accessories following a procedure not recommended by the helmet manufacturer. Do not apply dyes, solvents, adhesives, or adhesive labels, except those recommended by the helmet manufacturer's instructions.

LIMITS OF USE

To ensure effective protection, the helmet must be worn with the visor facing forward (in a vertical position). It must fit the user's head dimensions (it should not be too tight or too loose) with the adjustment system by screwing or unscrewing the wheel located at the back of the helmet (adjustable from 53 to 63 centimeters in head circumference). The lifespan of the helmet is affected by various factors such as cold, heat, chemicals, sunlight, or improper use. Daily checks should be made to detect any signs of fragility (breaks, cracks) in the helmet, harness, and accessories. Any helmet involved in a significant impact or showing signs of cracking must be replaced.

If there are no defects, the helmet should be used for the purpose for which it was intended. The manufacturing date is engraved inside each helmet. Under normal usage conditions, this protective helmet should provide adequate protection for 2 - 3 years after its first use or 5 years after its manufacturing date.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

When not in use or during transport, the helmet should be stored in a dry, cool place, protected from light, frost, and in a location that ensures no chemical products or sharp objects can deform it if they fall on it. This helmet does not contain substances known to cause allergies. However, if a sensitive person shows a reaction, remove the helmet and consult a doctor.

CLEANING/STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

This protective helmet can be cleaned and disinfected with a cloth soaked in a solution with low-concentration detergent. No abrasive chemical products should be used. If this helmet cannot be cleaned by this method, it should be replaced.
