The 3M™ Peltor™ G3000 series forestry helmet combination includes the G3000 helmet, visor or face shield, earmuffs or protectors. Includes an adjustable cap-style safety helmet, a metal mesh face shield, earmuffs, and a face shield adjustment piece. Better fit and greater comfort These helmets with a four-point ratchet or pin harness are adjustable for more comfort and safety, without slipping. Facial and ocular protection 3M™ offers safety products that adapt to a wide variety of jobs. The metal mesh face shield protects the face, while the 3M™ PELTOR™ earmuffs help reduce exposure to moderate to high industrial noise.

REGULATIONS

The EN 50365 standard establishes the requirements for electrically insulating helmets used in low voltage installations (up to 1000 V AC / 1500 V DC) to protect against electric shocks, and they must also comply with the industrial helmet standard EN 397 or, for firefighter helmets, EN 443. These helmets must be free of conductive components and, if they have ventilation, it must not allow accidental contact with live parts. They are identified with a double triangle and electrical class 0.
