The estimated service life of the connector is unlimited. It is mandatory for the equipment to be examined by the manufacturer or an authorized person at least once a year. In the event of a fall arrest, the equipment must be removed from use.
USAGE LIMITATIONS
- The equipment must be assigned individually to a person.- It is recommended that the anchor point where the fall protection system will be fixed is above the user. The anchor point must have a minimum static strength of 10 kN and must comply with the requirements of Standard EN 795.
- Personal protective equipment should not be used by individuals whose health status may affect the safety of the user under normal use conditions or in emergencies.
- Personal protective equipment should only be used by a trained and competent person in its safe use.
