Energy Absorber with 1.5 m Safety Rope White Color - COFAN 11000129

Energy absorber of 44 mm with a safety rope of 1.5 m and 12 mm in diameter. Suitable for impacts below 6 kN. The rope includes 2 end buckles and splices with a sheath. Compliant with EN 355:2002 and EN 354:2010.

The combination of an energy absorber and a lanyard, when attached to a fall protection harness, constitutes one of the fall protection systems specified in the EN 363 standard. In many cases, although Personal Protective Equipment prevents the risk of death from a fall, this accident can cause damage and injuries due to the impact force that the user experiences during the fall.

For this reason, the function of energy absorbers is to dissipate the impact energy experienced during the fall, reducing the maximum braking force to below 6 kN.
