ROP-STOP Sekuralt sliding fall arrest device on twisted rope of ø14mm to 16mm + extension strap + carabiner 981. Its simple and easy opening system allows the device to be mounted and dismounted on any section of the rope, featuring an automatic safety system.

The configuration of the device allows for optimal circulation of the fall arrest on the rope and immediate locking in case of a fall. It incorporates a lever that allows the device to be maintained in positioning or retention.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

- The equipment must be assigned individually to a person.
- It is recommended that the anchor point where the fall arrest system will be fixed is above the user. The anchor point must have a minimum static strength of 12 kN and must comply with the requirements of Standard EN 795.
- Personal protective equipment should not be used by individuals whose health status may affect the safety of the user under normal use conditions or in case of emergency.
- Personal protective equipment should only be used by a trained and competent person in its safe use.

SERVICE LIFE

The estimated service life of the equipment is 11 years from the date of manufacture (1 year of storage and 10 years of use).
The following factors may reduce the product's service life: intensive use, contact with chemicals, particularly aggressive environments, exposure to extreme temperatures, exposure to ultraviolet rays, abrasion, cuts, strong impacts, or improper use and maintenance. The mandatory annual review will validate the correct functioning of the equipment.
It is mandatory for the equipment to be examined by the manufacturer or an authorized person at least once a year. In the event of a fall, the equipment must be removed from use.
